Stilton Cheese and Macaroni

Stilton Cheese and Macaroni
1 Package of Craft Macaroni and Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Stilton Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

             Prepare the Craft Macaroni and Cheese as describe on the packaging. When the noodles are finished boiling, open the packet of powered cheese that comes with the box and spread through the macaroni. While the macaroni is still hot, break small pieces of the Stilton Cheese up and spread it through out. Begin mixing the macaroni and slowly drizzle in the remaining olive oil.

I love Sweet Potatoes

Cooked any kind of way, they're the best. Sweet potatoes are not actually potatoes--they're tubers from the marigold family. One-half cup of cooked sweet potatoes has 540 mg of potassium.  You can't get too much potassium. In fact the average person should be getting 4,700 mg of potassium a day. I know that's a lot, but potassium lowers blood pressure and possibly the risk of stroke, lowers the risk of kidney stones and might prevent bone loss.  One-half cup of white potatoes has 940 mg of potassium; 1/2 c. banana has 490 mg of potassium. I could eat sweet potatoes every day.  It looks like we all should.
